Patient records can be seized by any law enforcement organization with a writ from a judge. And whatever the doc, and some babe do outside the office is subjected to photography, a private detective, etc.Yeah so long as u don't intend to commit a crime or cause harm to yourself or others I think is the general rule otherwise they'd be obliged to report it to the police but that's usually in extreme cases they're not gonna grass u up for smoking a few joints or whatever u need to elaborate a bit more if u want a more specific answer
in the uk, yes, unless you sign anything to say so, like when you foster children, you have to have a medical and sign a form to say that the information can be shared with them
